Bluelink Messaging users can be added to user groups called Teams for texting.
What are Teams?
A Team in Bluelink Messaging is a group of users that can be assigned a campaign to text. Teams are particularly useful for grouping users within a region, neighborhood team, department, etc that will be texting a specific group of targets.
How do I create a Team?
1. Click Users, then Teams in the sidebar.
2. Click New Team or on an existing team to change the Team name or add/remove users from the team.
3. Name your team and add existing users. Then, click Update Team.
What do I do with a team once I've created it?
Assign an SMS campaign to a team during the campaign creation process. Once the campaign is Open and activated, it will appear in the My Team Campaigns section of the dashboard for each Team member.
