Logging In

In order to use Bluelink Messaging or Lightrail, you will need a Gmail or GSuite account. If you don't have one, you can create one here.

Accept the Invitation

Your account administrator will send an invitation to the Gmail or GSuite email you provide. Open the invite email and click Accept Invitation.

You will be directed into the app. If you receive an error message, try accepting the invite in an Incognito window.

Logging In

Once you have successfully accepted your invite and logged in once, you can access the apps at: messaging.bluelink.org (Bluelink Messaging) and app.bluelink.org (Lightrail).

The invite link in your email will only work once. If you have already successfully accepted your invite, you will need to go directly through one of the above links to access the app.

Troubleshooting

If you get an "unauthorized user" message when trying to login at any point, do the following:

  1. Confirm that you are using the correct Gmail or GSuite account to login.
  2. Try going to messaging.bluelink.org (Bluelink Messaging) or app.bluelink.org (Lightrail) from an Incognito window.
  3. Try going directly to your account URL: https://messaging.bluelink.org/?client_id=999. The last 3 digits will be unique to your particular Bluelink Messaging instance. If you are unsure of your account ID, please email support. 
  4. Reach out to your account administrator for confirmation that your account is active.
