Logging In

Accept the Invitation

Your account administrator will send an invitation to the email you provide. Open the invite email and click Accept Invitation.

You will be directed into the app. If you receive an error message, try accepting the invite in an Incognito window.

Logging In

Once you have successfully accepted your invite and logged in once, you can access the Lightrail app at app.bluelink.org.

The invite link in your email will only work once. If you have already successfully accepted your invite, you will need to go directly through the above link to access the app.

Troubleshooting

If you get an "unauthorized user" message when trying to login at any point, do the following:

  1. Confirm that you are using the correct email account to account to login.
  2. Try going to app.bluelink.org from an Incognito window.
  3. Try going directly to your account URL: https://app.bluelink.org/?client_id=999. The last 3 digits will be unique to your particular Bluelink instance. If you are unsure of your account ID, please email support@bluelink.org
  4. Reach out to your account administrator for confirmation that your account is active.
