To send emails through Bluelink Messaging from your organization’s domain, you’ll need to set up domain authentication and verify your DNS.
In order to do this you’ll need access to change the DNS records for your organization. This allows for these emails to appear to come directly from your organization’s email addresses and allows replies to these emails to be managed in your inbox directly.
Please note that it can take up to 24-48 hours to complete DNS set up.
To get started:
- Send us the domain name that you want Bluelink Messaging emails to come from.
- Once we have this we’ll follow up with the DNS entries that you need to add.
- After you’ve added them, contact us to verify the setup is complete.
- When we have successfully verified that setup is complete, we’ll enable email for your domain in Bluelink Messaging and contact you to confirm the setup.
