Admins can set an opt-out message that will automatically send when a user opts someone out.
1. Navigate to the admin portal in your Messaging account.
2. Under the Organization Details tab, scroll down to the Set an opt-out message section.
3. We have pre-created a message, but you can also enter in your own text. Once you have the message added click Update.
4. Now when your users opt people out in their inbox, Bluelink will automatically send a message, letting the recipient know they were opted- out of receiving texts.
