Vote.org to VAN Data Format

Bluelink’s Vote.org to VAN pipeline syncs the following fields from Vote.org to VAN:

• First name
• Last name
• Phone
• Email
• Birthdate
• Address
• Gender
• Ethnicity
• Political party

This pipeline will also create the following Tags in VAN for each person synced:

VoteDotOrg - All users synced from Vote.org receive this tag.

VoteDotOrg:Event:<value> - Where <value> is the event type for which this user was synced.

VoteDotOrg:Tool:<value> - Where <value> is the tool for which the user was synced.

VoteDotOrg:Campaign:<value> - Where <value> is the campaign for which the user was synced.

VoteDotOrg:Registered - This tag is present if the "Is Registered" field is TRUE.

VoteDotOrg:IsEarlyVote - This tag is present if the "is_early_voting" field is TRUE.
